Terms and Conditions          Booking Please contact us directly at the agency with the date and accommodation of your choice along with the number of people (adults and children).

Payment                                         A deposit of 40% of the total price is due 5 days after confermation of your booking. The outstanding 60%  are due a week before the arrival via Bank Transfer IBAN SWIFT.

Availability                          Apartments are available from 3.00 pm on the day of the arrival and must be cleared by 10.00 am on the day of the departure. Please note that keys will be only passed upon full payment and signed contract. Each apartment will be furnished according to your booking and the number of people indicated including fridge size, kitchen, washing machine and colour TV. Bedding and towels are not included!

Deposit                                         An additional deposit of Euro 100 is due on arrival being fully refunded on departure if there are no damages to the apartment or equipment.
